The Onesie Craze

Hands up if you have a lot of leftover papers and don't know what to do with it!

I keep my scraps organised by colour and it makes it so much easier to find what I need.

The look was inspired by Justem from Studio Calico

This sunray look is easy to do with some distress inking.

New boots

I was so inspired by a layout by Melinda Spinks, I created my own version:

It all started when I accidentally came home with the wrong book from the Lifeline Bookfest and it needed to be used.
It's been aged and a gold shimmer is added with Twinkling H2Os.

There is space for some secret journalling and -look- some mushrooms!

She likes to move it, move it

Once in a while we do a double page in class.

This one is great for using lots of small photos. You can add as many as you like inside the circles!

And here's an excuse to dig through your stash of little embellishments: Your heart can be made of buttons, brads and any small bits & pieces that need a home!

Now you might think that this is another girly page, but if you use boyish colours and replace the button heart with, let's say a star, then there is no reason why you can't use boys' photos!

So much fun - a kit class

It all started with my friend Jenny being bored at work and then it turned into a pile of cute crochet baskets that she wanted me to use in class. So, here it is, my very first kit class:

If you have ever wished you had the same materials I used, wish no more! All you have to bring to next week's class is a photo. And your basic tools.
 Here is what you'll get:
- a jeans flower, a red flower and your choice of 2 other flowers (see colours below)
- a crochet basket in the colour of your choice (thanks, Jenny)
- a round wood embellishment to be coloured (see choices below)
- all the papers
- a laser cut frame
- leaves
- charms and beads
- a paper swirl

And of course we'll put it all together in class!

Why not come along?
Class times are:
Tuesday 10am
Thursday 6pm
Friday 9:30am
Cost: $30 (includes everything)
