Dare Devil

We went to the Ekka for the first time this year. Among many other activities the kids were allowed to go on one ride and they could pick the one they wanted. Joel (as any self-respecting 10 year old boy would do) picked the tallest, scariest one of all. I wasn't at all fond of seeing my little boy flung high into the air, tipped upside-down and spun round and round. I wanted to create a layout about this but my photos were pretty bad ones. It was dark, hard to focus and even harder to capture that split second as he was zooming past. Still, they tell the story and I wanted to use them. To mimic the roller coaster look I created a photo wheel that can be spun to reveal more of the photos underneath. We all have photos that tell the story but aren't exactly top quality. Here is your chance to use them. The rest of the page is left quite simple to let the wheel shine, so to speak. You can adapt the look to suit just about any theme.

Yes, it spins!

The title is chipboard, covered in paper.

Hope you can join me!
